3. How We Use Your Information
To manage your subscription and deliver puzzle boxes to your address.
To communicate important service updates, including reminders about returns and subscription changes.
To generate prepaid postage labels for returning puzzle boxes.
For customer support purposes, including resolving issues with deliveries or payments.
4. Data Retention
If your subscription ends, your data will be retained for up to 2 years. We will notify you via email before any data is deleted.
If you delete your account, all personal data (including your name, address, and payment information) will be removed from our system immediately.

Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments securely. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Evri: Your delivery address is shared with Evri to generate shipping labels.
